RETURNS POLICY

Change of mind

Southern Classic Spares are happy to take any parts back that are purchased if you have had a "change of mind" within seven working days. The part will be sent back at your cost to us & we will credit your debit/credit card, bank account or PayPal account as long as the part is clean & back in the original packaging along with a copy of your invoice within the seven working day period.

We are also happy to exchange your 'change of mind" part for another part you require of more or less value & sort out the difference in price. Please contact us if you wish to do so at: sales@southernclassicspares.co.nz so we can balance out credits, recharges, etc.

Parts incorrectly supplied

We are only human & occasionally, we may send out an incorrect part. This is either due to us not having enough info on the vehicle model & engine code from the customer or simply making a mistake on our behalf.

We will rectify this in sending you the correct part along with a return courier bag to send the incorrectly supplied back back to us as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience & understanding on the above.

WARRANTY POLICY

Faulty parts

There is a 12 month or 10,000km warranty (whichever comes first) from date of purchase on any new parts purchased from Southern Classic Spares. If a part happens to fail within that time frame, we will be happy to courier & replace the part free of charge. Please note that as we are a specific automotive parts reseller, we will not cover any labour costs, only the particular faulty part or parts. We will also send a return courier bag to send the faulty part back to us to send back to our suppliers for credit.

All we will require your name, original invoice number, current KM's on the vehicle, estimated KM's on the vehicle that the original part was installed, date of installation & detailed specifics on the faulty part including any invoices or diagnostic noted from mechanical workshops, auto electricians, etc. We realise this is a lot of information to gather but without this info, our claim is rejected by our suppliers & their manufacturer & we lose money. We appreciate your patience & cooperation on the above.
